The Challenge

As one of Ireland and the UK’s leading Facilities Management and Security companies, MSFM provides a range of services to companies in all industry sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Corporate, Retail, Healthcare and Government. However, the problem was that despite operating in a market where competition is high, the Mercury Security and Facilities website did not reflect the quality of the brand or its position in the market.

The Solution

To take the brand and the business to the next stage, MSFM needed a new website that would reflect their values, quality standards, and reputation for delivering service excellence. The result was a smart and inviting website that used a confident, professional tone of voice to build audience engagement and trust and increase enquiries / inbound leads.

As a large electrical contractor and leading specialist in process automation and calibration services to the manufacturing industry, PAC NI was well-regarded by its customers, for the quality of the services they delivered. However, in a competitive and crowded market, the big problem they faced was how to stand out from the crowd, so they would be seen as being different & better than their competitors.

The Challenge

As Europe’s leading work abroad agency, taking the pain out of working and studying abroad, EazyCity was already a very successful company. However, the brand had become a little tired and dated and as a result, no longer reflected the size and status of what was now a market-leading, global business.

The Solution

Working directly with the EazyCity marketing team, The Right Words was employed to undertake the mammoth task of completely re-writing this huge, content-rich website. The brief was to create a fresh new tone of voice that was sophisticated, modern, warm, and of course, fun; this tone was then incorporated into every page of the new website, resulting in an engaging website where ecommerce meets library.

The Challenge

As Northern Ireland’s business development agency, Invest Northern Ireland is responsible for providing client companies – across all industry sectors – with a range of capital and training supports aimed at helping them to grow their export markets.

In the case of the Agri-Tech sector, while they had produced a trade brochure – featuring each Agri- Tech client – a few years ago, the brochure was now outdated and in need of a refresh in order to present the companies in a positive light.

The Solution

Working as part of a team (of 5) writers, within the constraints of a tight deadline, we engaged with almost one hundred companies from the Agri-Tech sector across Northern Ireland – with a conversion rate of over 80%. The result was a high quality, vibrant, and well-designed brochure that gives these Invest NI client companies a strong international presence, and a solid platform from which to grow.

Located in close proximity to Belfast, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is one of Northern Ireland’s leading economic regions. With superb infrastructure, easy access to Belfast’s two airports, as well as the Port of Larne, and a rich cultural and natural heritage, the Council needed a striking new investment brochure, to attract more inward investment.

The Solution

With an incredibly tight deadline (less than a week from start to finish), our initial meeting with the ANBC team provided us with a clear and well-structured brief in terms of the core purpose and key objectives of the brochure. The result is a high-quality, contemporary brochure – complete with eye-catching stats all presented beautifully within infographics – that upsells every aspect of the region and delivers on all project objectives.

So, although there was no disputing Ryan’s outstanding credentials as a leader in his field, the problem he had was one of messaging: he needed a clear, succinct, confident, and sales focused website that would resonate with his target audience of C-level executives.

Because Ryan ‘the person’ is also Ryan ‘the brand’, our first task was to learn as much as we possible could about him, both personally and professionally. The Challenge

Montalto Estate, a magnificent private estate located in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland. In private ownership since its foundation in the 1700s, the present owners decided the time had come to develop the estate into a first-class tourist attraction and open the gates to the public for the first time in its long and storied history. The challenge of this website copywriting project was to create high-quality, uplifting content that would reflect the style, tone, and status of the brand.

The Solution

Working with the wonderful team at Montalto, the first challenge was to understand the Montalto story, appreciate the historical importance of the estate, and realise the significance of opening gates of Montalto to the public for the first time. Our role, as copywriters, was not to try and be too clever – it was simply to develop a tone of voice and content style that would engage the audience by focusing on the concept of reconnecting with nature, experiencing living history, relaxing with family, and building memories that last a lifetime.

Ward Automation is a high-quality, specialist manufacturer of automation solutions, on a global scale. With a client base that comprises some of the world’s leading multinational companies, Ward Automation asked us to write the copy for their new corporate brochure, which is one of their main sales tools.

The Solution

Given the highly technical and extremely specialist nature of the products manufactured by the company, the key objective was to create a tone of voice that would reflect the brand’s status and position. By developing a super-confident and straight-talking tone, we helped to create a more engaging, more interesting brochure that makes the brand more relatable.

As a century-old company that is long-established as one of the leading porridge oats/ breakfast cereal brands in Ireland, Whites Oats needed to embrace social media to increase brand awareness amongst its target demographic (females and families aged 25-45) by revealing much more of its personality and telling stories that the audience could relate to.

We developed a 6-month content strategy for Whites to help them engage with their audience. By focusing on the four key pillars of entertainment, education, information, and brand, the content, we fulfilled different brand objectives in the areas of audience outreach, desires, and engagement.

As Ireland’s largest provider of pain-free permanent laser hair removal, Therapie Clinic is a premium provider operating at the top end of the market. As a result, it wanted its website to highlight the importance of choosing value over price by illustrating the quality of its offering.

The Solution

With its customers found predominantly online, Therapie’s website is a critical messaging and sales generation tool. We carried out extensive keyword research, in conjunction with the client, to ensure that the copy we created was beneficial to the site’s performance, and we created trustworthy, reassuring, confident copy that was written specifically with the predominantly female audience in mind.
