Complete Brand Re-Boot
The Challenge
As a leading landscape and ground maintenance company for residential, commercial, and public sector clients, Out There underwent a complete brand re-boot. Part of this challenge involved developing the right tone of voice for the new website, to help increase brand awareness and engagement. .
The Solution
Our first task was to learn about the brand’s history and culture, going back to when it all began 35 years ago. With this in-depth brand knowledge, we understood that Out There was passionate about the people it touched, from its employees through to community volunteers working on the ground. This people-first ethos is reflected in the final website copy, which also helped to guide other marketing materials.
