JT Maxwell

Presented Information & Facts

The Challenge

Debt insolvency may not be the most consumer-friendly service, but it’s one that is vital for many private individuals, as well as corporate entities. As a result, the main challenge presented by this project, therefore, was shifting the perception of debt insolvency, in the minds of the public, from that of a negative service to one that’s extremely beneficial and good.

The Solution

Working with the guys at JT Maxwell, it quickly became apparent that the only solution was to invert the public perception of this service. By being honest, upfront, and human, we presented information and facts around the insolvency process, in an open and friendly manner, and we adopted a warm, engaging and highly empathetic tone across the site.
