Eliminate Technical Jargon
The Challenge
Specialising in customer experience and emotion analytics, Adoreboard’s emotion analysis tool identifies the feelings expressed and the topics driving those feelings. However, given the complexity of the brand’s core offering, our task was to write a series of engaging, user-friendly articles, that could showcase their offering through practical, real-life, case study examples.
The Solution
We wrote a series of long-form articles which the client used across social media. The purpose of these posts was to drive audience engagement, increase brand awareness, and explain exactly what Adoreboard was all about, by using everyday language that readers could relate to. In other words, our role was to eliminate technical jargon.
