Bombardier MRO

Complex Copywriting Project

The Challenge

As part of Bombardier Inc, Bombardier MRO delivers innovative after-market support services for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Gulfstream aircraft. The problem was, their current website was cumbersome and outdated and did not reflect the fact that Bombardier MRO – one of Northern Ireland’s largest and longest standing employers – was part of a huge global organisation.

The Solution

Working directly with Bombardier MRO’s team in Belfast, this was a complex copywriting project that involved a highly technical website. By learning about the core product offering, appreciating the rich heritage and history of Bombardier Inc, and understanding the technical engineering audience we were writing for, we delivered a website that ticked all the boxes.
